Their responsiveness and professionalism in handling my kitchen faucet installation were commendable. I am extremely thankful for their valuable service.

The repair work carried out by BNH on my sump pump's leaking pipe was exceptional. Furthermore, they rectified an incorrectly installed outdoor drain for my HVAC, which had been done by the builder. Their services were commendable, and I intend to enlist their services for all my plumbing needs in the future.

After being stood up by another company I had arranged an appointment with, I decided to try a different plumber. I was pleased when he called early the following morning and was prompt in responding to my calls and texts to confirm the appointment time. He proved to be a reliable professional, successfully unclogging my bathroom vanity sink and staying within the estimated quote he provided over the phone. Although the plumber made an effort to clean up after the job, I regret not putting something down on the floor to protect the grout from the rusty pipes. However, as a responsible homeowner, I should have anticipated this issue.

Balmore displayed a strong sense of professionalism while carrying out repairs on a gas leak originating from a valve. His punctuality, preparation, and expertise were noteworthy. What's more, I was grateful for his willingness to go the extra mile by inspecting and restarting the water heater before his departure. Additionally, his prices were reasonable. I would undoubtedly hire him again.

Our collaboration with Balmore for the replacement of one of our toilets was fantastic. During his visit, he also inspected another toilet and had all the requisite components to make the necessary repairs. Balmore conducted himself in a highly professional and agreeable manner.
