We engaged Reme and Associates for a structural walk-through of a fixer-upper we acquired. Mark was prompt in accepting and visiting our property. However, we had to follow up with him several times to obtain our report. While we acknowledge the industry's hectic nature, we would appreciate being informed of any delays. We received our report but had some queries, and we haven't received any response yet. It was a bit frustrating, given the report's high cost.
