Having Carter as my personal trainer was an absolute stroke of luck. Being a first-time gym-goer, I was seeking someone to bolster my self-assurance, direct me on nutrition, demonstrate fresh workouts, and correct my posture throughout. Remarkably, Carter accomplished all of this in a mere three sessions. He was extremely obliging; never once did I feel ashamed for making errors. The entire experience was constructive and enlightening. What's more, I must commend his vast knowledge of fitness, inclusive of how to properly exercise, target the desired muscle groups, achieve a caloric deficit, and maintain a healthy diet. Thanks to him, I gained a wealth of knowledge in no time. I'm not sure I would have been able to do it alone. Therefore, whether you're a newbie or a seasoned gym-goer, I highly recommend Carter as a personal trainer :)

When I expressed my desire to look fantastic for my upcoming 50th birthday vacation in five months, I was completely honest with Carter. Thanks to his expert guidance on both exercise and nutrition, I was able to achieve my desired outcome without any issues. During those five months, I attended three workouts a week with Carter, and I continue to have one session per week to this day.
