In 2015, I completed my B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Arlington, which led me to pursue a career in personal training. Witnessing my clients' growth in confidence and achieving their fitness goals sparked a fascination within me. My goal as a personal trainer is to help my clients realize their full potential and optimize their overall health through customized, structured training.

I have experience in Figure bodybuilding competitions, which led to earning my pro card from the International Pro Elite organization. Later, I competed in USAPL powerlifting competitions. Currently, I focus on utilizing the Internal Strength Model to improve my longevity and mobility in joints and ligaments, alongside assisting with my jiu-jitsu training.

With my qualifications, including B.S. in Exercise Science, NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Prenatal & Postpartum Trainer, FRCms/FRSC/FRAs Provider, IFPA Figure Pro Card Holder, and USAPL Powerlifter, I offer services such as Personalized Training Programs, Athletic Training, Injury Prevention, Weight-loss Management, Flexibility, Balance, and Core Work, Group Workouts, Dynamic Resistance Training, Virtual Personal Training, Cupping Therapy, and Rocktape Therapy.

Please inquire only if you are genuinely interested. My rates are $150/hour for individual sessions, $125/hour for eight sessions or more per month, and $95 for the initial consultation.
