Dan's exceptional responsiveness was evident in his promptness in responding to our submission within 5-10 minutes and his ability to visit the site to review the project on the same day within a few hours. He was easy to communicate with, and his discussion of options was seamless. Furthermore, he provided us with a quote within a few days. Although we did not proceed with the project, Dan remains at the top of our list.
