Reiki & Private Training by Ted Post
Greetings! I had to sell my small gym because the rent became too expensive. I now rent a small space in two locations, Orange and Tustin, to continue teaching and healing those in need. My fees for Reiki are a donation of $60 per one hour session, and all my fees are donation-only. No need to worry if you can't pay.
I specialize in fitness, weight loss, bodybuilding, contest prep for bikini, figure, bodybuilding and physique, modeling, dancers, body sculpting and offer programs for injuries, stress, depression, rehab and light pregnancy training. I approach these health issues using a holistic method, having gained expertise over the years due to my personal experience with 21 motorcycle injuries, a head-on car collision, ruptured discs and cracked vertebrae in my back.
In addition to training, I am also a certified Reiki master providing traditional Japanese healing methods. Through Reiki treatments, I unblock the 7 chakra centers, which heals injuries, relieves stress and emotional damage such as grief, sadness, depression, anger, sexual dysfunction, feelings of revenge and PTSD. My own experiences with PTSD from my time in Vietnam and other health issues such as ulcers, panic attacks, depression, a skinny body and nervous shaking have made me an expert at curing physical health problems.
My training fees are low because I am retired and enjoy passing on my knowledge of this wonderful sport, including trips to the beach for walking, running and swimming, and hiking trips to nearby county parks. I charge a donation of $25 per training session (60 minutes) and an additional $20 for each additional person. My training services include creating individualized diets for bodybuilders, figure competitors, bikini competitors, weight loss and weight gain with an optional one-time donation fee of $100 for a complete meal plan consisting of 6 meals per day, along with all the necessary vitamins and minerals your body requires.
For individuals who are overweight or obese, I work with the belief that our bodies evolved over millions of years to thrive in a high activity level environment. However, due to our modern low activity level, our body thinks we are barely alive, injured, sick or in danger and therefore stores more fat, and increases our appetite, leading to binge eating which further increases weight gain. My approach is to increase activity levels, adopt six small meals per day and to work on increasing thyroid levels to decrease fat storage.
At 75 years old, arthritis is trying to slow me down, but I still love to help others learn the old-school methods of training. I have over 42 years of experience and have trained over 600 people to date. I offer a free evaluation on our first meeting to evaluate your needs and goals. Please visit my website for progress and bodybuilding contest pictures.
I look forward to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals and transform you into a happier, healthier and fitter version of yourself.
Sincerely,
Ted Post.
