To provide a better understanding, Reiki is a Japanese technique used to relieve stress, promote mental clarity, and encourage physical healing. Although it has a spiritual nature, it is not affiliated with any specific religion. Reiki is a holistic, simple, and safe method of relief that aids in pain management, boosts the immune system, and reduces stress. The practice balances the body's energy centers, eliminating toxins, and supporting the body's natural healing process by harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit. Our life force energy is critical to healing, and Reiki facilitates its smooth flow.
I am happy to offer classes to anyone interested in learning how to become a Reiki master to assist others with their healing journey. As a certified life coach, special education teacher with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, and Master of Science in Special Education/Elementary Education, I have been practicing Reiki since 2013, and I have over 28 years of experience teaching.
I am passionate about helping people's physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and I practice this passion in my daily routine. Through Reiki, we can return to our natural state of balance, allowing our bodies to heal from within. I am immensely grateful for this gift of healing and for the people who have allowed me to help them on their journey.
