Although this review is delayed, I couldn't miss the opportunity to give Reid's Heating and Cooling a well-deserved 5-star rating. We endured several heatless months during the summer and finally reached out for help one July 4th night, hoping to have our cooling system diagnosed within a week. To our amazement, the technician was available on the same night and promptly came to our aid. He skillfully resolved all the problems he found, offered useful maintenance tips, and pleasantly engaged with us.
Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with the repair service and have not had any issues since then. I strongly recommend booking an appointment with Reid's Heating and Cooling.
