For three years now, I've been working as a personal trainer, assisting numerous clients in developing their strength and dealing with injuries. My programming is structured to cater to all kinds of individuals. My areas of focus include weight loss, muscle development, rehabilitation, athletes' training, functional training, and cardio exercises. My objective as a trainer is to improve people's lives significantly by empowering them to adopt healthier habits or move better, and it's a source of joy for me. Additionally, I coach soccer, and I teach both private and group swimming classes.
