Kevin is a professional, friendly, prompt, responsive and knowledgeable person who helped me when my fireplace wouldn't ignite. He dismantled it, performed a service on it and reassembled it flawlessly. The fireplace is now as good as new. Kevin's pricing was more competitive than the other providers. This fantastic small business owned by a family deserves all the praise! Even though our fireplace was functioning well, we heeded the suggestions of our friends and called them in to service it, all in the interest of safety. The result was a fireplace that now looks brand new and spreads heat much better!
We encountered another issue later on when we needed to fit a new fan for our fireplace, but they were prompt in their response and took care of it.
Both the father and son in the team are highly skilled and easy to work with. I will definitely hire them again and wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone who owns a fireplace.

Kevin transported 5 cubic yards of bark chips impeccably and disposed of them. He also rendered fireplace cleaning services along with the glass inside my gas fireplace, restoring it to its original, efficient state.
