Although Liz is known to be kind and have an excellent memory, I was disappointed in the lack of communication regarding the organization and packing for my move. My belongings were haphazardly packed in a dirty bathroom trash can without a liner, and even a valuable piece of jewelry was carelessly placed in a box. Additionally, tape was used excessively, making it difficult to lift boxes by blocking the handles. When I brought these issues to Liz's attention, I received no compensation for her errors. While Liz was accommodating and attentive to my needs, I have decided to hire professional movers for future moves.
