To begin with, I would like to express my gratitude to Marco for his prompt response! By mistake, I added the wrong chemical (flocculant) to my pool, but he instantly instructed me on the necessary actions to take with my pumps. Additionally, he scheduled me in at a 24-hour interval following this mishap, which is the recommended waiting time for such chemicals. Upon arrival, he swiftly began cleaning the pool and inspecting all the equipment. Many thanks to Marco for his diligent work!

The entire process, right from the time we received an estimate till the completion of the work, was a remarkable experience. We received exceptional value for the price paid, and the work done was of top-notch quality. Red Sea Pool Service's Marco was successful in diagnosing the backwash leak with great professionalism, accuracy, and quick thinking, showcasing a deep understanding of our pool system. Notably, he provided an optimal solution for reinstalling the pool's control system and fixed an incorrectly installed valve. Three other contractors failed to identify the leakage, but Marco delivered.
