Wow! What a great experience! I recently discovered a shingle in my driveway, which immediately raised concerns. Taking to CrackerJack on a Sunday, I contacted various roofers in search of estimates. Even though I emphasized the non-urgent nature of my request, I was provided with an incredibly reasonable estimate that was much lower than my expectations. Subsequently, we agreed on a date for repairs, which was moved from Thursday to Wednesday. The repair work was carried out quickly and efficiently. During the repair process, one of the workers revealed a previously undetected area of rot that structural damage. I was impressed with their transparency and honesty, which was further demonstrated when they provided me with another reasonable estimate. Importantly, no one attempted to convince me to invest in extensive repairs or other unnecessary expenses. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Red Sail's professionalism and honesty.
