During my inspection, I carefully assess the foundation, interior/exterior walls, soffits, interior/exterior windows, roof structure, roof coverings, flashing, attic ventilation and insulation, interior/exterior doors and seals, grading and drainage to protect your foundation, ceilings and floors, stairways, built-in appliances, HVAC system and ducting, electrical outlets and switches, electrical panels and grounding, plumbing, water heater, and gas lines.
My reports include a free digital foundation measurement and are custom-written with photos that clearly explain any deficiencies found. Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours, with many delivered on the same day.

As I searched for a roofer to resolve a critical leak, I found myself enlisting the services of a Home inspector as well.
