Exceptional service! When a roof vent broke and tore off, creating a hole in my roof, CrackerJacks suggested Red Fox Roofing. I sent them an email last night, and they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule the very next day. The work has already been completed which is a huge relief as the rain is expected to start in the next few days. Red Fox Roofing remained true to their estimate and even sent me pictures of their finished work. I couldn't have asked for better service that was fast, cost-effective, and efficient. Great work, Red Fox Roofing! I reached out to them because of a leak in my roof that resulted in water damage to the interior wall running alongside my fireplace. Thanks to their excellent sealing work with silicone on the exterior of the fireplace, the issue was resolved successfully. I appreciated their prompt response, identifying the source of the problem, and fixing it right away. They also took notice of two vent boots that required sealing, saving me from potential future leaks. Thank you again for your outstanding service!
