Throughout the entire planning process of our holiday event, AJ was incredibly attentive and collaborative, ensuring that our menu was precisely to our liking. AJ with Red Dot Cuisine is the caterer you need to take your event to the next level. Unlike other vendors, AJ goes above and beyond to ensure your event is stress-free and flawless. He is extremely responsive and even worked with our budget to create a custom-designed menu. During our tasting, we were blown away by the taste and presentation of every dish. The shrimp cocktail appetizer was a standout and had both a unique and classy presentation with a LIVE goldfish in a martini glass. The appetizers during cocktail hour were devoured and set the tone for the event. Despite the challenge of serving guests outside during the space flip and then preparing a seated dinner, AJ's team knocked it out of the park. The chicken and sweet potato corn chowder soup was the perfect complement to the chilly weather, and the filet mignon was cooked perfectly. As for the rest of the meal, the cranberry, date, and pecan stuffed chicken and au gratin potatoes were delicious. The attention to detail and commitment to making sure our event was better than envisioned was totally noticeable. AJ goes above and beyond in everything he does, so don't hesitate to contact him to make sure your guests are amazed at your next event.

With just a few days to get ready for a cocktail event, we turned to AJ and his team. They were quick to assist and had all the necessary components to ensure our farewell party was a triumph! Not only that, his crew was courteous, competent and executed the event impeccably. I strongly endorse Red Dot Cuisine and will definitely be employing their services again.

Red Dot is truly amazing! I cannot emphasize enough how awesome the experience was. AJ, the owner and mastermind behind it all, is top-notch. He truly listens to your needs, offers great advice (he has been in the field much longer than I have!), and provides exceptional service. He is dedicated to providing 100% attention to detail as your event draws near. AJ gave me a sense of comfort that few other vendors were able to provide. He is a great cook as well; the food was absolutely delicious! Although I didn't have much time to eat during the event, AJ kindly prepared a to-go bag for me and my husband, and the leftovers were amazing. My cousin, a chef in Vegas, raved about the food. The service, advice, and food were all superb - and at a very reasonable price. Red Dot was able to provide an incredible outcome despite my small budget. There is no doubt that if I ever need a caterer again, I will turn to AJ and his team. Thank you for being simply the best!
