Marianne performed wonderfully! She exceeded my expectations when I presented her with an unusual challenge. My mother has a peculiar medical condition that triggers an allergic reaction to virtually all food items. This has been a challenging situation for us as a family as we struggled to find suitable meals for her. As a surprise for her 50th birthday, I wanted to treat her to a four-course dinner that was allergy-friendly, and Marianne made it a reality! Her first course consisted of hors d'oeuvres that included a tasty black bean and corn dip with chips and some well-seasoned nuts. The appetizer was a delicious chicken broth soup that my mom loved. For the main course, we enjoyed Alaskan King Crab, edamame, and a cranberry dip. The crab was unbelievably delicious, and Marianne found a vegan butter that we enjoyed so much, we kept it in our pantry. Lastly, she prepared a vegan peppermint ice cream, which is my mom's favorite dessert. Marianne also organized everything, including the silverware required to decorate the table, and was fully prepared and serene during the event, which eased my nerves. Marianne and I had been working on a recipe book with ideas for allergy-friendly diets for my mom, and we are proud to have some interesting ideas for her now. It took around eight months of communication, planning, and preparation to achieve all of this, but it was worth it. Additionally, Marianne is not only an accomplished chef, but she is also authentic and easy to converse with. She and my mother have plenty of shared interests, so we created a new friendship as a bonus. Once again, thank you, Marianne, for your hard work. According to my mother, this was the best birthday ever! 🫶🏻

Marianne provided an excellent party activity for my daughter's eleventh birthday celebration. She brought chef hats and kits with individual cake decorating tips, fully equipped for the occasion. The children were attentive and enthusiastic during the entire event, and they relished consuming their unique creations! Marianne was easy to talk to, amiable, meticulous, and most notably, she was conscientious during the cleanup. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

She went above and beyond to help us achieve the cake vision we had in mind and even recommended us an excellent florist. Marianne personally delivered the cake to us and elegantly decorated our table with the cake dish and serving set she provided. As for the cake itself, it was hands down the BEST cake we have ever had- perfectly moist with an irresistible buttercream frosting!
