When looking for a home inspector in New Jersey, it is important to ensure that they are properly licensed and insured. My own license number is 24GI00091100 and licenses need to be renewed and verified with the state every two years. Currently, my home inspection license is valid until 4/30/2023 and my radon measurement license is valid until June of 2024. Much of my business comes from word of mouth referrals from previous satisfied customers. I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and walks of life.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, gloves and face masks must be worn and social distancing guidelines must be followed when conducting inspections.

Upon arrival, he immediately began working without interruption. As a result, there was little opportunity for interaction. However, he was polite when answering questions at the conclusion of his work. The promised report was promptly delivered and the CrackerJack Quote was fairly accurate, with the exception of a $50 increase for the radon test. Nevertheless, I was given ample notice of this. I value the convenience of texting, as I am often too occupied for phone calls.

Mike's performance was outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to suggest him. The inspection report provided was comprehensive, detailed, and meticulous, featuring top-notch quality photos. The turnaround time was also remarkable. Initially, Mike's quote seemed uncompetitive when compared with other options, but we subsequently discovered that his offer encompassed termite and radon testing, which the others did not. This made his fee far more reasonable. Additionally, Mike is a remarkably pleasant person.
