Sometimes, as a woman, it can be uncomfortable having a handyman come over when you're alone and need something taken care of. But don't worry, I'm here to help. My name is Rebecca L. B. Cuering and I'm a neurodivergent person from Kansas. After being adopted by a family in California, I grew up as the youngest of several artistically inclined siblings.
Throughout my life, I've always enjoyed various forms of art, finding solace in music and drawing during my tumultuous adolescence. As a child, I loved creating things for my Barbies and trying to sing opera in the shower.
My career has been split between the photo and motion industries, primarily in commercials around the NYC area. I've worked in various roles from production design to wardrobe styling and have a wide range of skills that can be applied to various projects. I like to think of myself as a human multi-tool.
When the pandemic hit and work dried up, my husband and I moved to Charlotte, NC. While I still work in the industry as a member of IATSE 491, I also moonlight for private customers.
If you need assistance with a project or want to support a local artist, hire me. I'm not afraid of pets, children, or heights, but I do have a fear of spiders. 😬
