I have been teaching yoga since 2012, and my own struggles with Rheumatoid Arthritis and anxiety led me to become a Yoga Therapist. I hold certifications as a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) from The International Association of Yoga Therapists and as a Registered Yoga Instructor (500 RYT) from Yoga Alliance.
Although I enjoy teaching group classes, my true passion lies in working one-on-one with clients through yoga therapy. In my practice, I believe that yoga should be personalized, approachable, and accessible. Each client is unique, and I strive to create customized "toolboxes" of poses, movements, and breathing techniques that can be easily incorporated into daily life for physical, mental, and emotional improvement.
I have experience working with clients of all ages, abilities, and conditions, but those suffering from autoimmune conditions and mental health issues are especially important to me due to my own personal experiences.
