My wide range of certifications includes Yoga, Personal Training, Pilates, Spin, Bootcamp, Meditation/Reiki, Kids Classes, Pregnancy Yoga/Fitness, and Nutrition. In addition, I have competed in both Power Lifting and Bikini Body Building competitions. Throughout my decade-long career, my passion for helping both men and women empower themselves physically and mentally has grown exponentially.
