My clientele spans a broad and diverse range, comprising both men and women aged between 15 and 75 years. My approach is to provide each client with a personalized, insightful experience that enables them to achieve their individual goals.
I have been a Weight Watchers leader for more than five years, during which time I have helped countless individuals achieve remarkable weight loss transformations, including my own 125-pound journey.
At Reality Fitness, we are committed to combining education with motivation to generate successful outcomes for all our clients. Our one-on-one personal training sessions take place in private rooms, while we also offer small-group classes and in-home training. We place a strong emphasis on fostering accountability through education and motivation.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect our daily lives, we have adapted our approach to include remote sessions conducted via teleconferencing platforms like Zoom, Facetime, and others. We constantly strive to keep our workouts and sessions engaging and exciting, inspiring lasting change in our clients' lives.
