My experience with Real Property Management's Ben Nguyen has been exceptional. Although I've heard people say that there are no top-tier property management companies, I wholeheartedly disagree. As rookies in the home rental industry, Ben made the entire process incredibly hassle-free. His support included an assessment of our home to determine necessary updates, determining the optimal rent price, refurbishing the house, locating a renter, and interacting with them regularly. Everything has been amazing, and our first renter recently extended the lease with ease. Ben handles all of the details and keeps us informed as required. Due to our busy schedules, there are times when months go by without any involvement or thoughts about our property. It's fantastic because we don't have the time to devote to it.
