Although the job was mostly satisfactory, there were certain areas that lacked attention despite my repeated requests. I had emphasized the importance of having my kitchen floor cleaned meticulously but unfortunately, it was overlooked. Additionally, the mirrors in the house had streaks and toothpaste residues, the stainless steel sink handles were not properly cleaned, and one of the bathroom sinks was missed as well. My biggest concern is the kitchen floor as it is a significant area in my home, comprising of the kitchen and dining room, both of which have hardwood flooring. I have kept my home well-maintained between deep cleanings, so it should not have been a difficult task. The fact that I only hire cleaning services when I require assistance, such as during my recent post-surgery period, makes it all the more disheartening to realize that I did not receive the service I paid for. The owner of the company proposed to rectify the mistakes, especially with regards to the kitchen floor. Initially, I agreed, but the date was subsequently changed to the following day, which then led me to decide to handle it myself.

Carolina and her team were punctual and performed meticulous and high-quality work. They were affable and had good communication skills. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
