Ray's performance was exceptional! He demonstrated responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and carefulness in repairing a stone patio, where many pavers had shifted or sank. Although the previous owners had already repaired the 5-year-old patio a few years ago, recurrent issues persisted. Ray meticulously evaluated the construction and identified faults with the foundation and the polymeric sand used in prior repairs. I am confident that his work will last.
