The job was done poorly and it took 7 long days, yet it still remains incomplete. I have to purchase the paint myself to get it finished. It's unlikely that Ray will personally attend to the job; you'll probably have to deal with one of his subcontractors. I gave him a 2-star review instead of 1 because he made an effort to correct the situation.

Ray exhibited a high level of professionalism by being punctual and extremely patient with me. He accompanied me multiple times to the paint store to assist me in devising a color scheme and created large paint samples for me to make my decision-making process easier. He demonstrated flexibility by accommodating our hectic schedule and other ongoing projects at home. When our house was re-stuccoed, we reached out to Ray to paint our exterior foam, and he did an exceptional job. My husband and I highly recommend Ray's services, and we intend to use him again in the future.
