Greetings and a warm welcome to Raw Results! I'd like to commend you on making your health and fitness a top priority. My name is Nick, the owner and head coach of Raw Results Coaching, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance and Nutrition from Montana State University Billings. It's my forte to transform my love for fitness into a business that helps others. I've been assisting folks from diverse backgrounds in achieving their targets for over eight years now with remarkable success.
Allow me to introduce myself a bit further. My certifications include NASM CPT, Certified Holistic Nutrition coach from the Chek Academy, and Kettlebell Specialist from Onnit Academy. Furthermore, I was a college baseball player and have set various powerlifting records in Colorado. Health and fitness are a lifestyle for me, and when I'm not involved in coaching or training people, I'm usually challenging myself in other aspects of life. Whether it's mastering a new sport or scaling a 14,000-foot mountain in freezing weather, I'm always striving to improve in all areas.
I believe that great trainers should be exceptional listeners, analysts, and motivators who prioritize their clients' needs over their own. I adapt and recognize the distinctive requirements of each client with a flexible mindset to help them achieve their goals. Once you become my client, your aspirations become mine too. My business motto is to serve others selflessly or, as some call it, "having a servant's heart." Fitness coaching, to me, is about inspiring others to become the finest versions of themselves by giving them the right motivation.
I aspire to take the confusion out of health and fitness! There is a lot of misinformation circulating these days about what's "healthy," but I've immersed myself into the study of health and human performance to offer a comprehensive solution. My aim is to bridge the gap between performance and wellness because you can feel and look good while having fun in the process! Say goodbye to trendy diets, unnecessary supplements, and other gimmicks.
I provide custom 1:1 weekly programming using TrainHeroic, virtual 1:1 sessions via Zoom/FaceTime, and an in-person location in North Thornton, complete with a full weight room setup. Additionally, I can come to you if mobility is a concern.
For the online programming option, the initial week is free, and I have flexible options curated for people who commit to putting in the work and bringing about a transformation in their lives. Your health is the best investment you'll ever make, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Initially, I was hesitant about hiring a personal trainer as I feared it would necessitate a complete lifestyle revamp. However, after conversing with Nick, I decided to choose him as my trainer because he assured me that I could still indulge in my love for beer while working on my fitness objectives, something that few trainers had mentioned. When I first began my training, I expressed to Nick my desire to lose weight, as I was striving to get rid of the extra pounds gained during pregnancy. After a month of working with Nick, I realized that weight loss wasn't as essential as I had previously thought. What mattered most was that I was much more toned, had additional energy, and looked much slimmer. In fact, I was no longer concerned about weight loss; it was all about feeling confident. I'm still able to enjoy my preferred dishes (including beer!) and notice substantial progress. Additionally, our enjoyable conversations make the workout sessions fly by - a nice bonus! Since early August 2022, I have been virtually training with Nick three days a week. This arrangement has provided me with the necessary flexibility to maintain a solid weight and nutrition training component as part of my overall fitness goals. Over the last six months, we have trained in seven different states, utilizing various hotels, gyms, and outdoor spaces, as well as in two different countries, spanning multiple time zones. Despite my travel restrictions, we have successfully maintained our three-day-a-week schedule, with only a couple of instances where I had to limit our sessions to two days. The use of my iPad, phone and Zoom have made this possible, and I absolutely love it!

To date, Nick has been the most exceptional trainer I have encountered. He instills in me the determination to achieve higher standards, which has substantially transformed my game plan. Since I began training with Nick in April, he has been an outstanding personal trainer. Despite my hectic work schedule, he was able to accommodate me and all of our workouts have been virtual. Admittedly, I had some reservations at first but after a few sessions, I discovered that it worked exceptionally well. When I began working with him, I was 29 and had no desire to go to a gym, so I focused on home workouts primarily utilizing bodyweight exercises. Nick knew countless workouts that were highly effective and kept me challenged using my own weight. Additionally, he truly grasps exactly how to fuel my body for my goals and consistently offers sound recommendations regarding my diet.
Eventually, I invested in weights for my home gym and even bought a climbing rope that I hung from a tree. Nick quickly incorporated the rope into my workouts, and despite initially struggling to climb it, I improved swiftly and now include multiple climbs in each workout. Nick uses an excellent app to track my progress and workouts, which he consistently utilizes to ensure I'm continually pushing myself without being overbearing. I have achieved numerous personal records working with him and always feel amazing after our workouts. He is keenly aware of my form and ensures that I do not hurt myself or develop bad habits. If I am experiencing any work-related pain, I just message him, and he promptly adds some stretches and light workouts to the app that target that particular area. The app includes helpful instructions and videos so I can execute it correctly if Nick is unavailable at that moment. Without a doubt, Nick is a highly skilled trainer who will not let you down. I highly recommend him if you are searching for a superb personal trainer.
