In December 2021, my husband and I made the decision to host our wedding in our backyard in May 2022. Although I had gathered inspiration photos and ideas, I had no idea where to begin. Fortunately, I was introduced to Rachel, and we hit it off immediately. Rachel is an incredibly talented, calm and kind individual who listened to my desires throughout the planning process. She would send me pictures to ensure that everything was to my liking. Rachel visited my home to review the space and discuss a game plan in the event it rained (which it did). Thanks to her preparation, we were able to execute the necessary backup plan and had decor ready for both areas. Many individuals in the wedding and event industry push their ideas onto clients, but Rachel was never one of them. She provided suggestions that were accommodating, recognizing that my budget was limited, and she found cost-effective solutions to my needs. Rachel checked with me before making any significant purchases, always ensuring it was the best value. For example, she had a neon sign made with our last name and reviewed various locations to ensure both quality and cost-effectiveness. On the day of the wedding, Rachel arrived early with her sister and husband and transformed the plain tent into an incredibly beautiful, romantic and rustic venue, exceeding my expectations. Even now, guests are still complimenting the decorations. I wholeheartedly recommend Rachel for event styling and decor needs and will definitely hire her again for future events!
