My top priority is achieving your goals. I listen attentively to your words and carefully observe your movements in order to identify areas that need improvement. I emphasize proper form and provide education on each movement. You'll leave with a true understanding of what proper form feels like. Please don't hesitate to call, text, or email to schedule a time that is convenient for you. If pricing is an issue, I offer hybrid training sessions where we can meet once or twice a month for guided workouts.

I truly enjoy connecting with individuals and discovering what inspires and motivates them. When a client is enthusiastic, it fuels my own energy and makes the experience all the more enjoyable.
