Since 2014, I've been teaching both private and group yoga classes on a full-time basis with the objective of guiding clients towards making time for themselves and their yoga practice. To achieve an effective and progressive yoga routine, I stress the importance of setting aside time every week to slow down, breathe deeply, energize and strengthen your body, and exercise your mind-body connection.
Every private session or group class is tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of each client.
Aside from private yoga and meditation, I teach various yoga styles such as vinyasa, yin, and Katonah-inspired classes at Yoga Agora, New York Yoga, Breathe Strength, and Yoga Vida. Furthermore, I lead yoga retreats both locally and internationally under the name, Om Tribe Yoga Retreats.
