It was a wild Sunday when my gate collapsed. I contacted three different companies to receive cost estimates. These guys were the quickest to respond, but their initial estimate was given without seeing the damage firsthand. Despite this, they came out on a Sunday to assess the damage and then reduced their price by 50%. They were able to quickly obtain the necessary parts and fixed my gate right then and there! Their knowledge of driveway gates impressed me, as it is rare to find such expertise in this field. I would certainly use them again for any issues. They even pointed out that the previous contractor (who had been hired through CrackerJack) had used a bolt that was too small for my gate, a mistake that saved them $40 but put my gate at risk. These guys used the correct parts, even though it was more expensive. Their service was excellent!
