He remained consistently prompt, adept, and, most notably, incredibly accommodating to our requirements. Upon selecting a color that was not well-absorbed by our floor, both Douglas and Andre remained dedicated to resolving the issue to our mutual satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Ramos Family Flooring provided us with an excellent service when we requested a refinishing of our original oak floors. My hardwood floors were sanded, stained, and refinished by Douglas and Andre, who did an exceptional job!
