Our team size typically ranges from 4 to 10 staff, depending on our workload. If a job requires extra hands, we can quickly acquire additional workers. Although we do not outsource our work to other firms, we are available to undertake sub-contracts from others. We require a 33% deposit upfront from our clients to demonstrate their commitment to the job. We utilize this money to procure the necessary materials and supplies for the project. If a customer informs us that they discovered our services via CrackerJacks, we offer a 5% reduction on the quoted price of the work.
