Raising Consciousness Events

For April and May, my only Friday to Sunday availability is on April 29 and May 6. However, I do have availability during the weekdays. Thank you for choosing to visit me here. I was honored to be named a CrackerJack Top Pro in 2022. With certification in sound healing, I am an experienced yoga and meditation teacher who incorporates breath-work and guidance in all my classes.

My services include:

🧘‍♀️ Yoga

I offer classes for beginners to intermediates with a variety of styles to choose from. Depending on your preference, you can choose to sweat, relax or do both during my classes. I provide guided breath work, meditation and a carefully selected sequence of postures. Additionally, I can give a sound bath with an added fee. I have experience teaching corporate classes, chair yoga, bachelorette and pre-wedding parties, retreats, birthday parties, and family classes.

*Note: Outdoor yoga is possible depending on temperature, shade availability, surface and time of day. I may recommend an indoor class if it is deemed hazardous.

☮️ Meditation

My classes include mini meditations, however, I also offer options for longer meditation or meditation-only classes with yoga nidra, visualization meditation, breath focus, body scanning, and beginner basics. If you prefer, you can add journaling or vision boards to your meditation classes.

🎶 Sound Healing

As a musician for more than 20 years, I am excited to offer sound healing that includes playing of crystal singing bowls, bells, chimes, and rain sticks to deepen meditation. I write my own yoga music using the guitar. Sound healing is available as an added fee.

🔮 Intuitive Card Readings

With 10 years of experience as a certified oracle and angel card reader, I provide intuitive readings that combine my yogic knowledge of energy. Depending on your preference, tarot card readings can be in the background or the center of your event. Additionally, I offer tarot tea parties including an option for vision/dream board stations. I also provide single-card oracle pulls. For larger parties, two tarot readers can be present with an added fee.

🤯 Mindfulness Groups

I offer a unique experience that includes yoga, meditation, mindfulness training, and journaling tailored to your group's goals. Ideal for work retreats, social groups, or vacation retreats, this experience is designed to help your group build team spirit, a stronger sense of self-worth, or any other goal you have in mind. I also have other teachers on my team to cater to large groups.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parent and Me or Kids/Toddler Classes

Whether it's a parenting group event or a children's yoga party, I combine yoga with games, songs, and story time to encourage love for yoga and mindfulness practices in children. I can also include organic snacks, henna tattoo artists, or face painting for an added fee.

*Please note that a travel fee will be added to events that are over 50 miles away, depending on the distance.
