Rainer's performance was impressive! He followed through with his commitments and demonstrated a significant level of attention and dedication to his job. Furthermore, he went the extra mile by following up a few days later to ensure that all the installations were in proper working condition.

Putting up our sail canopy on the balcony, caulking the kitchen and bathrooms, and hanging a towel rack were all excellently executed by Rainer. His work was highly professional and we strongly endorse his services.

We're thrilled with the new breakfast bar Rainer installed! His friendly demeanor, exactness, and thorough approach to his work left us with a 14" long breakfast bar featuring tile work, electrical outlets, sanding, and painting. Throughout the process, he was considerate of our home and ensured cleanliness for the well-being of our baby. We're eager to begin making cherished family memories in our new and improved space.

Although I initially had a positive impression of Rainer, I ultimately decided not to hire him. While he demonstrated excellent responsiveness - a highly desirable trait in workers - I was looking for an individual rather than a general contractor and crew to take on my project. As the wife of a GC who has passed away, I am familiar with the construction process and had already ordered all the needed materials. Despite my explanation, Rainer wanted to involve his GC friend for consultation, resulting in an exorbitant bid. Given that I had dealt with similar individuals in my husband's office and had no need for a GC, I felt misled and only awarded Rainer three stars. Although Rainer claimed hourly work was uncommon for him, which was noted on his profile, he insisted it was a starting point once I received his initial high bid. While I believe he could have delivered quality work, his rates were too steep for handyman services, in my estimation.

Rainer is exceptional! He performs well, arrives on time, and communicates effectively. Great job!
