Hiring Ryan was an excellent decision and I have no regrets. He was able to provide prompt service, rather than making us wait for months, and did a fantastic job. Our used piano, which is over 70 years old, required a pitch raise, a sticky key fix, and several other services, and now it sounds just like new! We plan to use Ryan for annual tuning and any other needs that may arise. Not only are his rates reasonable, but he also demonstrates exceptional expertise in this field. As a classical pianist and opera singer, my husband and I both understand the importance of maintaining our instrument, and I cannot think of anyone I would trust more to care for it.
