The installation was exceptional and completed at a remarkable speed. The quotation was precise, and my radon levels significantly decreased from above 5 to the lowest possible level, indicated as '<1.1pCi/L' in my home test results. The thoroughness of the installer was impressive, explaining the entire process from the inside gauge to the drilled hole under the carpet.
Moreover, they arranged for an electrician to connect the external switch for the fan the following day due to unfavorable weather, keeping me informed and scheduling the necessary arrangements for the weekend. In light of this, I would recommend their radon mitigation services to anyone in need.

I am extremely satisfied with the work done by Radon Defense during the installation of my new radon mitigation system. The crew was highly professional and knowledgeable. Prior to the installation, my home had levels averaging at 4.5pcl or higher. However, after the installation of the low profile system, the new average is now below 1pcl! Although my house is older and has a difficult crawlspace to access, Radon Defense's team efficiently identified and applied a solution that was both inexpensive and effective. I am extremely satisfied with the mitigation system, as my Radon levels started decreasing within days.
