It is an absolutely amazing experience to work with Ruby. She is a yoga instructor for a group of my daughter's friends, and her good spirit brings much more to the sessions than anticipated. Ruby is very attuned to the girls' pace, while also giving them encouragement. She shares her inner beauty by allowing them to journal and explore their inner world with rich insights that are conveyed in a beautiful and gentle manner.
During a private and more focused session that addressed my daughter's specific issues, I witnessed Ruby's professionalism in her instruction and knowledge.
The girls eagerly anticipate their yoga sessions with Ruby, as it provides them the opportunity to connect with her in this wonderful way. I am also looking forward to taking yoga with Ruby myself in the near future.
