We utilized Racoon's services twice - once for a move-out clean of our apartment and once for a deep clean of our new place. Though we had to touch up a few things at the apartment, the work done at our new house was simply incredible. It was evident that the previous resident hadn't cleaned frequently; dog hair covered the stairs, and the walls were stained brown wherever the dog had been. To make matters worse, the jetted bathtub hadn't been used and the condition of the home was downright embarrassing.
However, the cleaning crew arrived promptly, inquired about the areas where they should concentrate their efforts, and rapidly began working. Although they required more time than we initially planned, we gave them the green light to proceed. They successfully removed items from the walls that I had assumed would need repainting, and the floors now look better than ever. The buildup of dog hair is a thing of the past, and the entirety of the house smells fantastic. The quality of their work made us feel a lot more confident about the impending arrival of our personal belongings from out of state. Racoon Cleaning truly made a significant impact and eliminated the stress of moving from a different state and an unforeseen, disastrous new living situation.
