There are not enough positive words that I can express about R2 Property Management! We have utilized their services extensively and they have been exceptional in every aspect! They have assisted us with various tasks, including yard work, exterior cleaning, window washing, waste removal, and even routine housekeeping. Their staff members are incredibly communicative, personable, and proficient (they respond to any questions or concerns promptly). Additionally, they provide additional home improvement and renovation services, including garage refinishing, which we plan to take advantage of. We absolutely recommend R2 Property Management to anyone searching for top-notch services!

Upon inspection, I discovered that several of my windows had been left open, some windows were not cleaned at all, and the crew did not properly close the storm windows. I was extremely disappointed and wrote my initial response before seeing the result of their work. As a result, I will not be using their services again. However, on 8/2/22, Autumn returned to rectify the issue with the uncleaned windows. She did an excellent job cleaning the windows that I had marked for her, and we were able to get the job done. I appreciate the company's willingness to "make things right," but I advised them to inform the client of the number of staff they will send to do the job. It took three people three hours to clean 15 downstairs windows at a rate of $65.00 per hour per man.

We have had excellent experiences using them for various projects, ranging from carpentry to handyman work. Our most recent engagement involved their concierge service for event staff and cleaning, and we were thoroughly impressed with their superb service.

Rewritten: During the first visit, Jeff proved to be highly responsive and I was thrilled to have discovered the company. However, since then, we have not had any contact with them nor have they fulfilled their initial promises. As a result, we have been left without assistance for the remainder of the summer. To make matters worse, I recently received an email from Jeff indicating that he forwarded my message to another business without consulting me. This serves as the basis for my review of our sole encounter with the company earlier this season. Nevertheless, I must acknowledge that Jeff and his team are remarkably responsive to customer requests and deliver exceptional service. Our primary objective was to maintain the exterior of our property. They efficiently cleared a vacant lot of fallen and decaying trees, pruned around the gardens and wooded areas, and eliminated a portion of a tree to make way for a new dogwood that thrives in Zone 4. While walking through the wooded portions of our land, Jeff demonstrated a profound knowledge of tree health and graciously shared his insights with us. Furthermore, R2Property Management Company manages all online communication and facilitates scheduling, billing, and reminders, which has been a delightful experience. Working with Jeff and his team has been a pleasure, and we eagerly anticipate maintaining our partnership with them.
