Rafael is an amazing individual, possessing exceptional communication skills, problem solving abilities, diligence, and an unparalleled work ethic. Recently, we encountered a problem with a newly installed irrigation system that was not functioning properly. However, Rafael invested a great deal of time analyzing the issue and undertook a series of effective steps to resolve it. Despite the fact that an expensive irrigation timer had gone bad, he was able to obtain a replacement under warranty.
