Raul was a tremendous help to us when we had a leaking pipe in our front yard. After receiving an absurd quotation from a plumber, we contacted him to determine whether the problem was on our or the city's side of the meter box. Within an hour, Raul arrived, and the following day, his colleague, Jose, came by to excavate the site of the leak, which turned out to be on the city's land. Meeting Raul was the highlight of our experience as he was not only responsive and professional but also charged us a reasonable fee.
