A misunderstanding arose regarding diagnostic fees when we requested a technician to examine two appliances without realizing that we would be charged twice. I am accustomed to service call charges rather than diagnostic fees and expect service fees to be waived if repairs are completed. We paid $170 for diagnosis and learned the issues but not for repairs. Both parts needed for repairs were ordered at a cost of $100 for a new icemaker and $25 for a dishwasher seal. We are unsure if there is an installation fee as the technician has not responded to our request. We cancelled the icemaker order and recognize that handling this matter via text with Mr. Parker was not the best approach. Additionally, I did not pose enough questions.
