It has now been one year since Queen's replaced my roof, and I am happy to report that everything is still functioning and looking as expected.
When my homeowners insurance required that I replace my roof within 30 days or risk voiding my policy, I turned to Queen's for help. Chris promptly made the 6 hour round trip to provide an estimate, which made me feel at ease after a previous disappointing experience with another company.
The estimate process was clear and detailed, with all work clearly outlined and subtotaled. Despite my expectations that my insurance would lapse, Chris was able to schedule my roof replacement within the deadline. He even personally oversaw the chimney flashing to ensure it was done properly. The pride that the Queens team takes in their work was apparent throughout the process, even during the clean-up phase. Overall, my experience with Queen's was incredibly positive and I will definitely use them again when it's time to replace our siding. I highly recommend their services.

I am extremely pleased with the roofing services provided by Queen's Roofing. Chris was prompt and courteous for the estimate and job appointments, displaying a high degree of professionalism. Both Chris and Jake demonstrated considerable expertise, going above and beyond to ensure that the roofing installation was completed swiftly and to an exceptional standard. The team efficiently installed a rubber roofing underlayment, asphalt shingles, and trim on a steep-pitched cabin within a day at a reasonable cost. Moreover, they willingly travelled 2.5 hours to the mountains to help with the project. I am thoroughly satisfied with the outcome and will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. In fact, I have already enlisted their services for a carpentry job in Charlotte.
