They have efficiently tackled the task of removing algae from the pool by visiting it regularly, replaced the motor, and maintained it on a weekly basis. Their extensive knowledge in pool care is evident through the exceptional quality of their service, and their outstanding professionalism, timeliness, and courteousness only added to the wonderful customer experience I had with them. If it were possible to rate this pool service company with less than a single star, I most definitely would. This is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever encountered. I will be lodging complaints about them on every available social media platform. Incompetent does not even begin to describe them. Despite having paid upfront for their services, my pool remains disgustingly full of algae. To say that I am dissatisfied would be an understatement. I have never seen my pool look this dreadful. The included photographs were taken just two days after their visit. Overall, I would highly advise against doing business with this AWFUL company.
