Greetings! My name is Rochelle and I specialize in fitness for midlife individuals. My rate ranges between $48 to $58 depending on travel time. My clients are typically in midlife and beyond, and I take great joy in helping them prioritize exercise, lifestyle, and self-care so that they can enjoy their second half of life with vitality and zeal!

It's no secret that turning 50 and entering midlife can bring about many challenges and health risks. The increase in fat mass, decrease in energy, and busy lifestyles that lend themselves to unhealthy eating habits are just a few examples. Additionally, hormone levels shift during this time, affecting the way our bodies function. While both men and women experience these changes, women are especially impacted by the dramatic hormonal shifts during perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.

As a Midlife Fitness Specialist with over a decade of experience working with individuals in this stage of life, I incorporate the latest science-based knowledge to teach my clients how to navigate through this time. By focusing on exercise, lifestyle, and self-care, you too can make your second half your best half! As a woman over 50, I'm going through this journey alongside you and can offer invaluable support as your personal trainer and midlife specialist.

Rochelle is an incredibly efficient trainer! While tough, she possesses extensive knowledge on achieving tangible outcomes.
