Although the cleaning team was great, there was a lack of communication among the booking, dispatch, and cleaning teams. Despite providing some notes, they were not acknowledged, which made it challenging for me as I had to handle my dog and baby at the same time. Nevertheless, the cleaning job was exceptional, and I would definitely consider booking them again for a deep clean.
