Since the initial phone call, Yoni and his team at Quality 1 have been incredibly supportive. Despite encountering unhelpful and unclear responses from other companies, as well as with several companies failing to assist with my pipe leak and still insisting on payment, Quality 1 was a refreshing change. Even though Yoni was out of town, he managed to arrange for a professional to rush over and conduct an hour-long inspection, which unfortunately revealed that restoration work was impossible until my condominium's pipe issues were resolved. Regardless, Yoni's team went above and beyond by installing dehumidifiers and purifying the air to maintain a clean environment until further steps could be taken. Additionally, their team generously accommodated my tenant’s chemical allergies by providing fumigation without difficulty. So far, throughout the project, the entire team has been prompt, candid, and reliable, patiently providing a surplus of photos and documentation for insurance purposes. They have been absolutely magnificent, and I will update on the project's quality once completed.
