When my scheduled cleaner cancelled at the last minute, things were almost derailed. However, Olesia and Anastasia came to the rescue and showed up as soon as possible on the same day, putting in heroic effort to make my place spotless. Although the cleaning took longer than anticipated, and ended up costing more than my budget allowed, this was in no way their fault, as my apartment was an utter disaster.
