I feel privileged to provide personal training and private yoga sessions right in the comfort of your home. My sessions boast a range of diverse training styles. Whether it's body weight and dumbbell strength training, circuit training, suspension training, Pilates, Barre, or Yoga Training- even meditation and breathing techniques- my goal is to get you to mix different forms of training to stick to a lifelong routine.

Our sessions are centered around your needs and preferences, in the convenience of your own home, and at a time best suited for you. This caters to a mixed bag of clients, from those who crave undivided attention and hands-on assistance, to those looking to improve their whole body's strength, length, and tone. We incorporate deep restorative stretches and meditation for clients interested in spirituality, and group training is also available.

Our services cater to different styles of fitness training, busy schedules, injuries and/or limitations, newcomers to the fitness world and Yoga, athletes, clients looking to take their yoga/fitness training to the next level, those interested in Pilates-"abdominal s, buttocks, hips & thighs," and clients looking to challenge themselves mentally and physically- beyond the physical strength.

Mihaela is an outstanding yoga instructor and a delightful individual. She possesses remarkable knowledge, experience, and thoroughness, as well as being flexible, patient, approachable, and joyous to converse with after a tiring day at work. I eagerly anticipate my biweekly one-on-one yoga sessions with her. She tailors each session to my specific requirements, and I appreciate how she constantly encourages me to "listen to my body." Under her tutelage, I have learned not to force myself into poses but instead to establish a serene breath. I have come to believe that yoga is not just about executing postures, but it is a modification in lifestyle that pertains to our daily lives, our present and future well-being, and the 'something' we do for ourselves! After merely a few sessions, I feel more resilient and more connected to myself. She is marvelous! I give her lessons the highest praise and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Instead of just selecting three qualities, I would choose all of the above. As a gift to myself for my 70th birthday, I hired a personal trainer from Q Life Fitness named Mihaela, and I could not have been happier with my selection. Spending time with her is always delightful, and the hour-long workout feels like it flies by. Mihaela consistently perfects my routine to tailor it to my needs each week. I am aware of my increasing strength, but what matters most is that I will be able to integrate the varied exercises, including yoga, barre, cardio, and challenging movements, into my lifestyle even after our sessions have ended. Mihaela deserves five stars because she is a phenomenal trainer.

Mihaela is an incredible individual! After beginning my sessions with her last year, it was evident from the get-go that she was an expert in the fields of yoga, barre, and pilates. I reached out to Q Life to engage in home yoga sessions, specifically to enhance physical strength while remaining mindful of my three spinal surgeries and avoiding any potential danger. Her services have been exceptional; she never shows up late and always arrives prepared, while also being eager to modify the exercise routine according to my current needs. She offers amazing tactile guidance, and I'm already seeing visible progress in my strength and flexibility. Most importantly, the meditative and reflective aspects of the practice have not been diminished in the slightest. I highly endorse her services.

Mihaela is an outstanding yoga trainer who has been working with my husband and me for two months. Apart from yoga, I am also taking Barre classes with her.
